New construction highrises often come with dazzling architecture and modern amenities. But their adventurously irregular floorplans can make furniture selections difficult — one of the most common client struggles I observe.
💡My solution:
Custom wardrobes to optimize a formerly unusable niche, space-saving cantilevered bronze fins for bedside storage, and a zig-zagging desk and dresser system to gently prompt movement through the long, narrow space.
Solving even the trickiest layouts beautifully is our specialty.

🚫The Problem:
Speedy completion to maximize profits can outweigh thoughtful material selections and functional consideration in many developer-designed homes. In this project, a 4.5' long tub came with the house, a 'premium' property, along with a toilet room that was larger than the shower stall. Oversights like this leave your most intitimate spaces feeling less than restorative and devoid of the vision and intention they deserve.
💡My solution:
Combined and relocated vanities to capitalize on exterior views, bathing and shower functions coralled within an expansive glass enclosed wet room, and modern fittings and finishes evocative of a five-star hotel spa.
Elevated spaces require experience and vision to seameslsly fuse utility and luxury. We've got both in spades.

My studio fulfills the projects we design from first ideas to final installations. We make all interior selections, generate construction documents, coordinate production, manage purchasing and budget, and provide site support during renovation to ensure work is being performed in accordance with design intent.
Project cost is determined by your unique project brief. Clients typically invest between $250-500 per square foot on furnishings excluding design fees, delivery costs and construction. If you don’t know what your budget is, a realistic investment outlook for work commensurate with images shown is part of our early discussions.
Newsflash!! I'll share an insider secret with you (and I'll happily take the heat ). We don't source from the same vendors as 95% of design firms you'll encounter. They attend the same annual trade shows with their counterparts resulting in copy-and-paste homes populating the market. My studio avoids high-street offerings, mass produced options and ubiquitous furnishings.
I've made it my business to avoid standard and pursue signature for every client. And for 25 years, I've been scouring the globe to connect with established galleries, pedigreed artisans and up-and-coming talents to develop an exclusive roster of resources you won't see anywhere else. Our work is comprised of fully-customized furniture, iconic classics, sought-after vintage finds, cutting-edge contemporary pieces, and limited-edition collectibles While that's a high bar to maintain, we do our damndest to uphold it.
Additionally, our holistic approach considers all pertinent aspects of your optimal environment, not just decor. We conceive comprehensive lighting schemes, fine architectural details, unifying material palettes and beyond, resolving each facet of your space in our bespoke, immersive design to ensure you enjoy spaces that are as stunning as they are functional.
We accept a limited number of commissions each year in order to provide our clients with elevated, personalized service and to allow Marc time and energy to focus on one design at a time. While you'll interact with a number of our team members during the project life cycle, Marc leads the conception and selections for every home.
Clients engage us in the earliest stages of their projects to accompany them in walk throughs with real estate brokers, consult them on improvements to a current home, or guide them during new construction planning sessions with builders. We're happy to collaborate with qualified professionals in service of your goal. Due to the highly-detailed and custom nature of our projects, all purchases for items we specify are made through our studio. Our full control over the procurement process reduces the margin for error and any resulting additional costs to you.
Our sourcing acumen is well honed and we explore avenues inaccessible to the general public to create designs we know you’ll love. We'll handle all selections... allow us to exceed your expectations!
To protect your investment and relieve you of logistical coordination, our warehousing partners carefully receive, precisely inventory, securely store, and seamlessly transport your furnishings to your home. We're unable to accept liability for any items shipped independent of our firm.
Delivering spaces that meet our quality standards and design intent requires careful attention and is best for those seeking in-person services. We do offer a limited, 1.5 hour design consultation, which can be conducted virtually or in-person.
