LETS GET PERSONAL
• My very first industry job was in a contemporary lighting showroom in Washington, DC. I still geek out on lighting, so prepare yourself for the coolest fixtures on the planet.
• My mother was my principal, and a tie was required uniform for the first 14 years of my educational career. The takeaways: I'm a stickler for grammar and feel equally at home in a Full Windsor in the boardroom as I do in a hard hat and t-shirt.
• I'm a proud Bostonian (less the accent) with severe wanderlust. Living in London solidified my love of Indian food.
• On that note, Italy is heaven on earth. And Italians do it better. By it, I mean everything. Expect Italian design to show up in my work in any of its forms.
• Outside of the studio, where there is likely a mix of 90's hip hop, film scores, Motown, Chopin, and Tori Amos (my personal Jesus) playing, you'll likely find me over a stove, in the gym, or distance biking. My 30- mile loops around Manhattan and trips from Boston to Ptown have hopefully prepared me to hit the Dolomite trails in the future.
• As an ex-Evangelical and recovering cult-member, not much phases me. Comparatively, renovations are a walk in the park.
• In another life, I'd direct music videos. For now, producing baller homes absolutely lights my fire.

After grinding in grunt work positions at top-notch London and NYC design and architecture studios, I was desperate to connect directly with homeowners who, like me, were tired of the cut-and-paste, showroom-style homes being churned about by behemoth firms, bored of recycled rooms populated with identifiable furnishings sourced from the same vendors as every other firm on the block, and eager for an experience of home that captures their unique essence, not a principal's ego.
My excitement for interior design was sparked early on at the age of 12 during a family vacation at the Hilton Waikoloa Village in Hawaii—my first experience of the wonder that can emanate from space. Since that time, my fascination with rare and radical beauty, my obsession with fine detail and my passion for transformative luxury experiences has only intensified.
I founded MHLI to bring the very best the world has to offer to the innovators, the mavericks, the go-getters who run from the mediocrity of ubiquity and toward the limitless reward of undiscovered territory. For those who want the comfort, ease and escape of a flagship, 5-star hotel without having to check in to one, look no further.

we handle the rest.
Production
No fretting about the wrong size sofa or keeping track of thousands of project details. We orchestrate all necessary third parties for custom furniture, lighting and millwork and oversee installations to ensure they meet design intent.
Procurement
No waiting around for furniture deliveries that may arrive late or be canceled without notice, or spending hours on hold to remedy a damaged shipment. We manage the entire purchasing process, handle claims, and transport all goods to your home in a single delivery.
Construction Support
No 7am site meetings with contractors or mediating disputes between electricians and painters. We administer the entire bidding process for our clients and act as their liaison for construction matters related to spaces we design.
