My studio fulfills the projects we design from first ideas to final installations. We make all interior selections, generate construction documents, coordinate production, manage purchasing and budget, and provide site support during renovation to ensure work is being performed in accordance with design intent.
Project cost is determined by your unique project brief. Clients typically invest between $250-500 per square foot on furnishings excluding design fees, delivery costs and construction. If you don’t know what your budget is, a realistic investment outlook for work commensurate with images shown is part of our early discussions.
To ensure absolutely individuality for each of our clients, we avoid high-street offerings, mass produced options and ubiquitous furnishings sourced by 95% of other luxury design firms you'll encounter. Our work is comprised of fully-customized furniture, iconic classics, sought-after vintage finds, cutting-edge contemporary pieces, and limited-edition collectibles procured exclusively from our global roster of established galleries, pedigreed artisans and up-and-coming talents developed over 25 years. Additionally, our holistic approach considers all pertinent aspects of your optimal environment, not just decor. We conceive comprehensive lighting schemes, fine architectural details, unifying material palettes and beyond, resolving each facet of your space in our bespoke, immersive design to ensure you enjoy spaces that are as stunning and unique as they are functional and supportive.
We accept a limited number of commissions each year in order to provide our clients with elevated, personalized service and to allow Marc time and energy to focus on one design at a time. While you'll interact with a number of our team members during the project life cycle, Marc leads the conception and selections for every home.
Clients engage us in the earliest stages of their projects to accompany them in walk throughs with real estate brokers, consult them on improvements to a current home, or guide them during new construction planning sessions with builders.
