Consider this powder room in NYC, for example. We transformed it from sterile to exuberant for a client who aimed to impress their guests upon entering. We imagined it as a room that evoked the atmosphere of upscale noir jazz bars from the 1950s. wanted guests to be wowed when they stepped inside. We envisioned it as a space reminiscent of uptown noir jazz bars of the 1950s. Large vintage sconces are paired with a bold wallcovering that may have overwhelmed a larger space. But in this setting, the lilac-colored jungle print provided just the perfect touch to revitalize the formerly uninspired bathroom.
