What Happens Next?

Once you select your preferred date and time for your 15-minute Clarity Call, you'll receive a confirmation email with addtional information to prepare for our discussion.

At the end of your Clarity Call, you'll have the opportunity to intitiate your paid, two-part Client Intake which is our standard procedure for every new client.

Part One of the Client Intake is a Design Consultation with Marc for you to walk your space or review your plans, share more details about your scope, goals, and wishlist, and build the vision for your home through unrestricted access to his expertise and spontaneous ideas.

During Part Two of your Client Intake, we'll craft your custom proposal including a range for design and implementation fees, and a line-item furnishings list with an associated budget.

Within 3-5 business days, we'll schedule an Agreement Review call with all decision makers to walk through your proposal, project logistics, and our terms of service, and answer any questions about working together.
06
Upon approval, we'll forward your Agreement for Service with an invoice for the initial installment and reserve your spot on our design calendar.

Production
No fretting about the wrong size sofa or keeping track of thousands of project details. We orchestrate all necessary third parties for custom furniture, lighting and millwork and oversee installations to ensure they meet design intent.
Procurement
No waiting around for furniture deliveries that may arrive late or be canceled without notice, or spending hours on hold to remedy a damaged shipment. We manage the entire purchasing process, handle claims, and transport all goods to your home in a single delivery.
Construction Support
No 7am site meetings with contractors or mediating disputes between electricians and painters. We administer the entire bidding process for our clients and act as their liaison for construction matters related to spaces we design.
