PROJECT INQUIRY
In order to provide personalized, concierge-level support and foster collaborative partnerships, MHLI accepts a limited number of commissions each year with clients who share our values and aesthetic.
If you're interested in working with us on your renovation, new build or full-home furnishings project, please share the requested details including your scope of work and goals for the space. If you have a property listing or floorplan link, or have already engaged an architect, builder, or general contractor, we welcome that information. Once we receive your answers, a team member will be in touch with next steps.

Based on your supplied project information, we'll schedule a 15-minute Clarity Call to review your goals and project parameters.

Once alignment is established, Marc will meet with you for a paid in-home Project Assessment to make a personal introduction, evaluate your space first-hand and answer and questions regarding our working relationship.

We'll supply a custom Project Proposal confirming scope, timeline and fees for your approval before providing a formal Agreement.

Production
No fretting about the wrong size sofa or keeping track of thousands of project details. We orchestrate all necessary third parties for custom furniture, lighting and millwork and oversee installations to ensure they meet design intent.
Procurement
No waiting around for furniture deliveries that may arrive late or be canceled without notice, or spending hours on hold to remedy a damaged shipment. We manage the entire purchasing process, handle claims, and transport all goods to your home in a single delivery.
Construction Support
No 7am site meetings with contractors or mediating disputes between electricians and painters. We administer the entire bidding process for our clients and act as their liaison for construction matters related to spaces we design.
