This six story modernist townhouse was delivered with grand proportions and perhaps intentionally exhibitionist-scaled windows. These architectural features provided invitation to theater — to summon the light conveyed, choreograph its shifting moods and set the stage for lavish living. Performing a top-down renovation, we designed new millwork on every level, dramatic fireplace surrounds and custom lighting to complement the client's collection of museum-worthy contemporary art and infuse the family home with verve and poise.
